Blueberry Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cups of vanilla soy milk
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries (I like frozen to make it extra cold)
  • 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp of honey (or sweeten to taste)
  1. drop banana in pieces into a blender
  2. add milk, blueberries, matcha powder and honey
  3. blend until smooth, pour into a glass and add a straw!
You need 1 cup of liquid - it can be all soy milk, almond milk or regular milk or you can mix and match. Whatever you prefer!
